Weekly parenting classes

This course gives parents skills, support and practice, helping you to achieve your goals for your family. Courses run for seven consecutive weekly sessions (mornings or evenings) in an informal group setting at our centre in West Hampstead, London.

The course consists of three stages:

  1. buying and listening to all five of the ‘Calmer, Easier, Happier Parenting’ CDs before the start date of the course
  2. having an initial consultation
    (this can happen after both parents have listened to at least one CD)
  3. attending seven weekly classes

The cost for each family is:

  1. £50 for the five CDs
  2. £120 for the initial consultation (90 minutes)
  3. £325 for the seven weekly classes (two hours each)

In addition, if any family needs more coaching than this we are committed
to providing it. This might be extra parent sessions (in person or by telephone), family sessions, a home visit or a school visit.

If parents have a quick question we are available to talk by phone
most days. If the telephone call lasts only five or ten minutes
we do not charge for it.

Concessions are available for single parents.
