| For Parents
At Noel Janis-Norton’s seminars, you’ll discover more effective ways to gain cooperation from your children without reminding, repeating and nagging.
Noel works in California three times a year. She primarily trains parents at public and private seminars and she also occasionally speaks to teachers and administrators at in-services for schools.
We strongly encourage BOTH PARENTS to attend together. There will be some time for questions about individual family scenarios, and it's ideal to have anyone in a parenting role hear the same information.

First Steps
The essential foundation course.
First Steps to Calmer, Easier, Happier Parenting is a half-day "beginners" course (although many parents find it helpful to take more than once). This seminar teaches positive approaches to modern parenting and how to get more cooperation from your children with less stress. It includes Noël's 16 Steps to Success with easy to understand examples. Once again, we recommend that if possible, both parents attend for the best results. There will be plenty of time for questions about individual family scenarios and it's ideal to have anyone in a parenting role hear the same information

Next Steps
An advanced seminar for First Steps participants
It takes practice to make calmer, easier, happier parenting a way of life. In this smaller group setting, Noël works with parents who are practicing the 16 skills and will trouble-shoot specific parenting situations through modeling and role playing, helping improve their proficiency with these practical and effective techniques
